You send a written change request. We reply with the price and the impact on the timeline before any work starts, so the fixed price stays fixed.
The data is yours, with a full export at any time. After final payment you receive the source code, with unlimited, perpetual rights to use and modify the application built for you. If your company needs full ownership of the copyright (for audits, investors or procurement rules), we transfer it in writing as an option, for 15% of the Build price.
No. We keep what works and connect to it: your invoicing and e-Factura software, Excel, email, calendars. We don't replace your accountant's tools.
Not necessarily. If a ready-made app fits, we say so, then set it up, move your data in and train your team (the Deliver module, on its own). We build only where a tailored system is worth it.
In the European Union, with daily backups, tested restores and role-based access, so each person sees only what their job needs.
Only where it clearly saves time, such as reading documents or drafting replies, and we always tell you where and how. We use providers whose terms exclude training their models on your data.
We provide the process analysis and a fixed-price offer for your application. We don't write funding applications, and the price is the same with or without a grant.

Because every company works differently. The price shown is where a project of that size starts. After the Map you receive one fixed price in writing, and it does not change unless you ask for a change.
Prices follow the market in each region, and in every region they stay below what local freelancers and agencies charge for the same work. Outside Romania we work remotely, in English, and invoice in euro to businesses.
