Who we are

What data we process

• Data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, company, email or phone, preferred meeting mode, your message, and the language and price region you selected on the site.
• Technical data: your IP address and standard browser information are processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to deliver the site, keep it secure and determine the country you visit from, so we can show the right language and prices. We do not store this data or build profiles.
• In your browser we only store your chosen language and price region (local storage), so we don't ask again. We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tools. Fonts are hosted on our own site.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

• To reply to you and prepare an offer, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• If we sign a contract: to perform it (Art. 6(1)(b)) and to meet our legal invoicing and record-keeping obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To keep the site secure and working (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

If no contract follows, we delete your messages and contact details within 12 months of our last contact. Contract and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.

Who receives it

We never sell or rent data. We work with providers who process data only on our behalf:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, security, email forwarding;
• Google (Gmail): the mailbox where we receive messages;
• our accountant, for invoicing records.

Cloudflare and Google are US-based companies. Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (for example the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). [to be confirmed by the lawyer]

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Write to hello@loopdot.net and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your own EU country.

Automated decisions

We make no decisions based solely on automated processing and do no profiling.
